If you stop paying

Nothing you entered is ever taken away.

Your jobs, payments and books stay exactly where they are. You can still see every one of them, they stay on your calendar, they’re in your saved copy, and you can clear them whenever you like. What stops is adding and changing business things. Start again and it all picks up where you left off.

The free part of Duesday is never affected either way.

Questions

Why is Business paid when the rest is free?

Because it’s the part that earns you money, and it’s where most of the work goes. Charging the people it pays for keeps everything else free for everyone, without ads and without selling anything about you.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You get 30 days of everything in Business, starting the first time you open it, with no card. When it ends, you can subscribe. Or keep everything you entered where you can see it, without changing it.

How does paying work?

Business is part of your Duesday account, so one subscription works on every device you sign in on. Checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller: it takes the payment, handles sales tax and sends your receipts. Duesday never sees your card details. You can cancel any time from the billing link in Business.

Will the free part start costing money later?

No. Bills, the calendar, the To Do List, reminders and search are free, and they stay free.

I’m a beta tester. What happens to me?

You get the same 30 days as everyone else, starting the first time you open Business after paid Business begins. Everything you’ve entered stays.

What about refunds?

If Business isn’t for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and you’ll get a full refund, no questions asked. After that, payments aren’t refunded, but you can cancel any time. You won’t be charged again, and Business stays open until the end of what you’ve paid for. Email [email protected]. The full terms are in section 8 of the Terms of Service.
